We have a 2-day return policy, which means you haveĀ 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youā€™ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, weā€™ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:Ā 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, innerwears, pants). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Returns will be Only accepted if the product received in damaged condition. We can't accept returns if you don't like the product.Ā The style/ brand of the product may vary as per the availability but the functionality remains the same.

Returns:
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you havenā€™t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at greexe14l@gmail.com and send your item to our warehouse (address will be provided in the customer's email)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, youā€™ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasnā€™t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse (address will be provided in the customer email)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs.1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We donā€™t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

COD (Cash On Delivery) Refund Policy

The refund will proceed throughĀ bank transfer for the payments made through COD for any order. The customer has to provide their bank account details to proceed with the refund. All the provided data will be kept confidential and private. The company will not disclose it publically we only use this information to proceed with the refund.

COD (Cash On Delivery) Refund Process

Refunds will only proceed if the product is not working or received in damaged condition. After the return & refund request is approved, the customers have to send the product back to our warehouse (Address will be provided to the customer's email). Customers will pay the shipping cost to return (Not refundable by the company)

Once your return is received and inspected, customers will receive an online form link to submit their bank account details. The refund will transfer** to that particular bank
account.

Cancelation:

An Email has to be sent within 24 hours of placing the order to cancel the order and get a refund. Cancelations beyond the stipulated timeline are not possible.
